On October 29th, 2019, I had the opportunity to work on a system maintenance and training project at The Legian Sunset Residence, an upscale apartment complex. This assignment was a significant milestone in my career, as it allowed me to directly interact with the users of the Trobex Property Management System and ensure everything was running smoothly.

During the visit, I conducted a thorough maintenance session, ensuring that the Trobex system was optimized and fully functional. Additionally, I provided training to the staff at The Legian Sunset Residence on how to use the system more effectively. The training session was designed to empower the team to take full advantage of the system’s features, from managing bookings to generating detailed reports.
