On October 10, 2022, I had the privilege of leading a transformative event with my team at PT ADMA DIGITAL SOLUSI, in collaboration with enthusiastic interns from the Kampus Merdeka initiative—an innovative program by the Indonesian Ministry of Education. This Focus Group Discussion (FGD), themed “Program MSIB Kampus Merdeka,” was an inspiring opportunity to merge academic learning with real-world application, fostering growth and innovation.
As the Product Owner, I introduced our ongoing projects and the cutting-edge solutions developed by PT ADMA DIGITAL SOLUSI, offering the interns a glimpse into the dynamic world of digital technology. We divided them into specialized teams, enabling hands-on participation in various aspects of our projects. This approach not only empowered the interns to contribute fresh perspectives but also allowed them to gain practical experience in solving real-world challenges.
The FGD served as more than a discussion—it became a platform for meaningful collaboration and mutual growth. The interns displayed curiosity, asked thought-provoking questions, and actively engaged with our projects, infusing them with their youthful enthusiasm and innovative ideas. Witnessing their excitement and dedication was incredibly fulfilling and underscored the value of initiatives like Kampus Merdeka in bridging the gap between education and industry.
This event was a celebration of mentorship, creativity, and the collective pursuit of excellence. It reaffirmed my belief in the power of collaboration to inspire and nurture the next generation of tech leaders, ensuring a brighter and more innovative future for our industry.
