Collaborative Growth - Fostering Innovation with Kampus Merdeka Interns

On October 10th, 2022, I was privileged to lead a significant event alongside my team at PT ADMA DIGITAL SOLUSI. Together with a group of eager interns from the "Kampus Merdeka" initiative, launched by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, we engaged in a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) under the theme "Program MSIB Kampus Merdeka." As the Product Owner, I took the opportunity to introduce our ongoing projects and the innovative products developed by PT ADMA DIGITAL SOLUSI, setting the stage for a collaborative journey ahead.

I was responsible for integrating the interns into our dynamic work environment during the gathering. By dividing them into several teams, we ensured that each intern could immerse themselves in different aspects of our projects, contributing their fresh ideas and energy. The FGD served as a platform for knowledge sharing and a bridge for these young minds to transition from academic learning to practical, hands-on experience in the tech industry.

This event was more than a routine company activity; it celebrated collaboration and innovation. Watching the interns engage with our projects, ask insightful questions, and begin their journey in digital solutions was incredibly rewarding. It reaffirmed my belief in the importance of nurturing young talent and creating opportunities for growth within our industry.
