Maintenance and Training at Gammara Hotel - A Milestone in My IT Career

From April 25th to May 1st, 2019, I had the opportunity to go on a business trip with Bli Ketut, a programmer, to perform system maintenance and data reconciliation at Gammara Hotel Makassar. This was one of the most remarkable experiences in my career as an IT Support.

During the visit, I was responsible for managing the data of Gammara Hotel and providing brief training to the hotel staff on how to use the Trobex system, a Property Management System employed by the hotel. This experience not only allowed me to deepen my technical understanding but also strengthened my communication and training skills in a professional setting.

Through this assignment, I learned the importance of proper system maintenance and accurate data alignment to support hotel operations. The interactions with hotel staff also enriched my understanding of user needs in their daily operations. This opportunity became a significant milestone in my career journey, continuously shaping my experience and expertise in the technology industry.
