Navigating the QA Landscape - My Internship Experience at Ajar.id

In January 2020, I embarked on a new chapter in my career by joining the Ajar.id team as a Software Quality Assurance intern. As a provider of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Ajar.id offered me a valuable opportunity to enhance my skills in ensuring high software quality.

During this internship, I was directly involved in various testing processes, both manual and automated, to ensure that the LMS systems being developed functioned correctly and met established quality standards. My responsibilities included performing functional testing, reporting bugs, and collaborating with the development team to ensure efficient and effective fixes.

This experience provided me with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and the critical role of QA in maintaining user satisfaction and system reliability. Additionally, I learned about the challenges faced in LMS development and how technology solutions can be implemented to enhance the learning experience.
