Embracing New Beginnings - My Journey to PT ADMA DIGITAL SOLUSI

As 2021 drew to a close, I found myself on the brink of an exciting new chapter in my professional journey. On December 15th, I made the transition to PT ADMA DIGITAL SOLUSI, a company known for its innovative approach to digital solutions. The decision to move was both thrilling and challenging, as it marked a significant shift in my career trajectory.

Upon joining PT ADMA DIGITAL SOLUSI, I was placed on a two-week probation period, a standard practice to ensure a good fit between the company and its new employees. This period, although brief, was intense and packed with learning experiences. It was an opportunity to immerse myself in the company’s culture, understand their processes, and demonstrate my skills and adaptability. The probation was a crucial time for self-reflection, as I navigated the expectations and challenges of my new role.

As the year came to a close, I received the news that solidified this transition as a defining moment in my career. On January 2nd, 2022, I was officially welcomed as a Backend Engineer at PT ADMA DIGITAL SOLUSI. This acceptance was not just a professional milestone but a personal affirmation of my growth and readiness to take on new challenges. The start of this new role was a reminder that change, though often daunting, can lead to rewarding and transformative experiences.
