In August 2020, I took a significant step forward in my career by transitioning to a full-time Software Quality Assurance (QA) professional at PT AJAR MEDIA DIGITAL. Having completed an internship with the company, I was excited to leverage the skills I had gained and contribute to the company’s mission on a larger scale.
As part of the QA team at PT AJAR MEDIA DIGITAL, a provider of Learning Management Systems (LMS), my role was to ensure that every software release met rigorous quality standards. My responsibilities included conducting functional testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating with the development team to address issues quickly and effectively.
This position provided me with an in-depth understanding of the software testing lifecycle and how quality assurance directly impacts the user experience and system performance. It taught me the importance of balancing user needs with technical constraints, and how quick, effective feedback and innovation are essential to delivering high-quality software.
The transition to a full-time role solidified my passion for QA and deepened my expertise in maintaining software integrity, a skill I continue to build on in my career today.
